The Jr Size ScanCard Starter Kit will fit binders designed to hold 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ pages with standard 3 or 7 hole spacing. The starter kit includes 2 control panels which hold 24 cards each (48 total) and includes 500 ScanCards in three assorted colors – red, green, and blue. Use with our Executive Jr ScanCard Binder or our Jr ScanCard Binder to help your office or team see a dramatic increase in productivity and efficiency.

The Full Size ScanCard starter kit fits binders designed to hold 8 1/2″ x 11″ pages with standard 3 hole spacing. The starter kit includes 2 control panels which hold 40 cards each (80 total) and includes 500 ScanCards in three assorted colors – red, green, and blue. Use with our Deluxe ScanCard Binder or our Executive Zippered ScanCard Binder to help your office or team see a dramatic increase in productivity and efficiency.

I'm one of those folks who has always had to work harder to keep up with those that were smarter (sigh), but the ScanCard System has kept me organized and charging ahead for the last 45 years. It got me through my 28-year military career, and my second 15-year career as a DoD-contracted simulator instructor. My supervisors and co-workers have always been impressed with my ability to stay organized, never letting anything fall through the cracks no matter how many balls I had in the air. Back in the 80's I ordered the ScanCard system from an airline shopping catalog. It was a wonderful organizing system that I used for several years. As time went on, I got away from the system and migrated toward electronic organizers, but found that no other system gave you a single view of all your projects like ScanCards.

Now I'm so pleased to have re-discovered ScanCards decades later. It has already helped me stay on top of projects of my own as well as those delegated to others.

This system is the only thing that works, for me.....

No more missed appointments or forgotten tasks that were crucial. I’m the type of person that has an “out-of-site, out-of-mind” issue. There is no shortage of mobile or desktop apps that will organize your to-do list, but if I don’t see the tasks often and easily I will forget to look at them. This system is exactly what I need to keep the projects and tasks in front of me. It has improved my effectiveness at getting things done 100%. I would not want to face each day without it.
